So far my experience has been great. I'm excited for the changes that are being made to the promotion process (switching to competency-based) as that was my greatest concern for staying long-term. There is a never ending backlog of interesting technical challenges that the team working to solve.

Benefits and leave policies. My wife and I are having our first child this year and the allowance for me to take 12 weeks of parental leave is priceless.

I'll never feel like the smartest person in the room. As a product manager, there is no better feeling than having a super smart and reliable team of engineers to lean on.
