I generally enjoy working at Appian and value my team members. The benefits and pay are in line with what I expect. It is clear that the lack of sales strategy creates a confusing atmosphere where it is difficult to focus on quality, strategic work when there is so much inconsistency.

There needs to be a more focussed and clear sales strategy. It feels as if the company is constantly changing strategies and feels like they are just throwing darts at a dart board.

without clear strategy, we get caught up in chasing admin work and working on the project du jour. I feel as is I am not able to commit the appropriate time to building enterprise strategy for customers.
