I think the overall culture at Appian is great, but it's frustrating that with the RTO, only one other person from my team is with me in person, and we continue to hire people on my team that are virtual. It feels unfair and like a double standard.

I think they do a great job at making sure every employee knows they matter, that they want to hear from them, and they care about how they're doing and their opinions. They make us feel valued and treat us that way in a multitude of ways
