The significant gap between upper management and employees with regards to bonuses, and the value given to certain departments over others for perks like monthly/quarterly bonuses, movies, social hours, etc. is discouraging for people who don't work in those area who often work just as hard.

My department is very supportive of one another for the most part, We work well with each other and I think everyone feels they can be honest and open with each other. We feel like a family and watch out for each other.
