What I like best about the leadership team is the professionalism displayed and also the approachability that emits a down-to-earth quality you don't expect to see. You can tell they want to meet their people where they are in life.

What makes me most happy at work is when I know I've done my best to accomplish everything in the day and I've been able to reach out to co-workers to help them as well. Being part of a team where everyone is aligned and working toward the same goals is important.
