The amount of skill, understanding, communication, and effort for our department is very underestimated. Bonuses for performance based are wonderful but they could stand to be larger.

ArcBest leadership is very involved with the employees. There is regular communication going out from management addressing policies, telling success stories, and keeping employees informed of things going on in our company!

Get rid of the video interviews. Let the managers see all applicants for their position and not leave it up to HR to decide if the manager interviews. I think managers miss out on good people because someone in HR decided not to pass them to the manager.

Everyone on my team works hard and is successful in their job role. The best part is how well we all get along! Our team is unique and I am so thankful! I believe this stems from our manager bringing in people that will fit into our culture.
