The leadership team is highly visible. They make time for more interaction with employees than any other company I have worked for. It is apparent that communication to employees is top of mind for the leadership team.

The culture is highly values driven. Though we are a large organization with over 15,000 employees, it still somehow feels small like a family. Every where you go, you can make new friends and career long connections.

The team collaborates very well together. We enjoy each other enough to plan to work from the office on days that the majority of the team will be there. The team I work on is part of what makes me excited to come to work.

There are many reasons why I am happy at work. I enjoy the people I work with probably more than anything else. However, I also find my role to be extremely rewarding. I feel that I have purpose in an industry I find to be interesting.
