I feel like the compensation is fair for the location of the general office. It can always be better, and we do need to make some improvements. However, overall, it is fair.

It probably depends on which department and/or team you are a part of. I am fortunate to be on a team that works hard to act on our core values and implement a positive culture in which we care about one another's well-being.
