My supervisor makes team meetings very enjoyable, but makes sure to have the serious talks about our numbers within the company. They make sure that we are constantly improving.

My interviewer made the process very smooth, while asking good questions that made me think. He made sure that I wasn't too nervous beforehand and wanted me to excel as much as possible.

What I enjoy most is when a customer says they are extremely satisfied with our work. Making a customer happy and in a good spot is our #1 priority, so I am very happy when they are vocal about it.

Everybody seems to wants what is best for the next person, whether it is helping them with whatever task is at hand or simply getting food for the team. Everybody here just wants to succeed so there is no negativity when it comes to work.
