40 years of a good working environment with a lot of lasting relationships. I don't agree with every decision made or direction taken but to be one of less than a handfull of union LTL carriers remaining, our company does a lot of things right.

It's a good mix of youth and experience, and most every employee desires to learn new things. There is little opposition to change.

The package as a whole is competitive. More than any part, I like the company's williness to listen to employees and make changes that tend to benefit all employees.

Leadership as in executive officers? Overall they are pretty good but I think more interaction with employees at entry and low management levels would lead to ideas and moves that will benefit the company for a long time to come.
