Great! The initial onboarding/training was rough since I didn't receive equipment or log in's for several weeks. The Talent Advisor training needs an overhaul, or to be taught by TA's. But I love my manager and my team. They helped get me up to speed!

Aside from the onboarding part which had many hiccups, I have loved working for Ascension every minute of every day!

My managers are flexible and extremely positive! They give lots of recognition and kudos!

Medical and vision have been awesome so far. I wish bonuses were more available.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish there was more room to make more money that wasn't the same % as everyone else.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager, Mike Jenkins, is awesome! He's motivating and always positive! He definitely inspires me to explore all of Ascension's perks, benefits, and to do a great job in my role! Ashley Padgett is also amazing! She is so optimistic and welcoming! They make work fun but also inspire me to work!
