They are involved. I see them and speak with them more than I have with other companies in the past. They are very busy and the chats tend to be in passing.

In my business unit, there are a lot of options to get involved with your coworkers outside of just work. We have some recreational sports teams, cooking club, and other extracurricular groups.

I really like the unlimited PTO and the bonus. Insurance benefits aren't bad but not the greatest. I also really like the company meetings and holiday parties. I feel like I'm given lots of opportunities to hear what's really going on with the company.
