help voice out our leaders wrongs and stand up for unfairness, they are some of the most amazing people but other coworkers do not uphold the values of chick-fil-a, i feel "we care" is a joke because of it

actually caring for their employees and having an understanding, i wanted a second chance to prove i could work but they didnt and the reasoning: "they could see a change they i was going to come into work but after a couple weeks i would do it again.
