I joined this company originally for the pay. But once I joined I became a part of the family. There is so much opportunity for growth and they are constantly improving the company.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I knew this place was different when during my training the CEO sent a request to meet with me. In the description, it said he wanted to get to know me. We had a Zoom meeting where he really wanted to get to know me as a person and not just an employee. I have never had that at any other company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone wants to see you succeed. The daily encouragement is amazing.

I love the inclusiveness. Everyone is treated the same and no one feels left out.
What makes you most happy at work?
The camaraderie. I know that I'll have a great time at work with my colleagues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their openness. They keep us informed on everything that is happening within & without the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Well currently working remotely but if we were in the office it'd be seeing everyone every day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonuses. You can get them all year long and on every paycheck if you do what you're supposed to do.

I love my team because we are a family. And not just during work hours. I've grown really close to quite a few of my colleagues.

The best part to me is that I have one. It has been a very hard couple of years but this job was not one of the reasons why
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was over zoom so I wasn't as nervous as I normally would have been but it was very laid back. They made me relaxed and comfortable which allowed the interview to go so smoothly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're truly family. I feel that if I was ever in need they would do everything they could to help. That's how they are at work. We all help each other because we all want to succeed together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they communicate with everyone. I've never worked in a place where I actually knew the C Level team. The CEO had a one on one sit down with me once I joined the company in order to get to know me. I really love the leadership here.
