Having a great management team that communicates well and is awesome at helping each other. And the opportunity to present my best self with customer's service needs with dignity and respect.

The location is a college town so you can probably imagine the environment setting yourself. It's a bright respectful future of young adults and I enjoy serving them working at circle k.

In store, leadership is overall good in the perception of the month and a half I have been working there. Upper leadership on the other hand, I cannot speak on, for i have no knowledge of their daily tasks and duties.

Company meetings I am not aware of. My senior coworkers are tremendously educated in their duties and have taught me well although I am not perfect and forget things that I've only had to deal with once or twice but I have no issues asking for help from my team.

I answered no to the past 3 questions because it is too early to say yes due to what I was told about things in that area. I'd like to speak with someone in person further on these things if that proper person was to be, as to correct any issues in that there may be in need of correcting.
