The best part would probably only be that employees are paid weekly. It really can come in handy during personal emergency situations. As far as the pay rate goes, considering circle k is a world wide corporation they can afford to pay more than minimum wage

I do a lot of extra cleaning as well as great costumer service! I personify have to clean up human Feces from the rest room as well as the outside storage and garbage area. I am also the only person that does it everyone else refuses to clean it.

I took this job out of desperation because my car broke down and I needed a job that I could walk to. I was told that I had to start at $8.50 with opportunities for raises. A few months later two men were hired at $10 and $10.25. Both were under me as I was a Lead CSR.

The few that actually stay and are loyal to Circle K love our customers and care about the store. But, with the low pay and a lot of responsibilities, it's a revolving door of new hires that don't stay long, and that makes it even more stressful on the few that actually stay.

The bonuses should be offered to the employees rather than the manager that suppresses pay in order to boost theirs. I believe the bonus system is the motive behind all of the miss treatment. They get paid more if we get paid less, if we can't make it they thrive. That's really low. And we feel it.
