What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
To me costumer service come first making people smile with quick and friendly service.working nite shift I noticed a lot of people would rather be in and out instead of talking n waiting on a long line.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
To communicate and work harder. It’s simple to stick a cooler we have a Schematic as well as labels no one uses. They also leave there trash everywhere and if u take the time to clean nice n organize
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a lot of extra cleaning as well as great costumer service! I personify have to clean up human Feces from the rest room as well as the outside storage and garbage area. I am also the only person that does it everyone else refuses to clean it.
