I do feel like the company gives me every opportunity to grow. Corporate is a bit intimidating when they come in, but are very personable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen most of the time. They care about us. Some work harder than others and do not know how to lead, but others are great leaders. The harder workers should get paid more than those who are really slow or do kit work as hard.
