Scheduling their employees hours. Tends to get done last minute a lot. And its inconsistent which develops call off employees that result in employees who are off to be called in and that could be conflicting in so many ways.

The best part would probably only be that employees are paid weekly. It really can come in handy during personal emergency situations. As far as the pay rate goes, considering circle k is a world wide corporation they can afford to pay more than minimum wage
