It's hard to improve when morale is always low and any extra effort is considered your next days' lowest bar. We could try not to let the low pay and too high expectations affect our performance, emotional, and physical health.

The company needs to pay more. Give positive feedback often and not just before negative feedback. Realistically look at how long it takes to perform a task while also assisting customers. Consider safer workspaces and use nighttime windows, or don't have ambassadors judging items early mornings.
