The employee could be cared about more they should feel some job security not afraid that if they complain that their hours will be cut and they may lose their job

This rating was poor because of changes in policy which lowered employee raises set back vacation time by a year and it doesn't matter that you've been working for 4 and 3/4 years when the policy took effect that's a quarter year away from getting three weeks paid vacation now I have to wait a year
