I feel like there is a lot of things that could be done better and I have recently met upper management who is trying to correct the current issue within my store
my current store has a lot of lack in management inforcement ....most employees do t do there job and some are not even sure what there duty are .....there is absolutely no encouragement from managers to make there employees strive to be better
there is a lot that needs to change starting with lack of training i feel newer employees with no prior experience are not trained properly they are basically given quick run down and left to figure out the rest ...which creates customer complaints....
my current store needs lots of improvement from management to slack employees....they don't work as a team there is certain team members who work extremely hard to constantly pick up the slack of others ....there is also lack of food training out of a store of 10 employees only 2 are aware of how
