Scheduling. Gossiping about other employees. Showing favoritism. Talking to employees with disrespect. Speak how you want to be spoken to treat others how you want to be treated do not change the schedule at the last minute and expect your employees to know that you changed it
All other jobs in this area make about 13 to 15 dollars per hour. With bonuses and benefits. I only make $12 an hour. I would feel better about my job if I made at least 14 for the job I am doing currently I am opening a new store at the same 12 per hour
