    dogshit as of today. No more payout for accrued vacation. All employees will simply lose it.

  • The vacation policy seems fairly standard. Not better, not worse.

    NO Pets allowed

  • From what I heard no pets, but it would be nice if they were allowed. I love love to bring my lab, it would boost morale.

  • There are no facilities present for keeping a pet at the office and I have not seen anyone take a pet to an EY office in the Netherlands or the United Kingdom. Perhaps smaller offices do allow people to take pets, but I highly doubt it.

    Non-Client Serving employees would be treated better.

  • Give bonuses to all staff! Not just the favorites/pets! They claim they use a merit system but it is farthest from the truth. Their raises are 1.2% and never go over 3%. After doing math it didn't even cover a week of train fare.

    Yes, but you have to be able to occasionally say no which is often hard for over achievers. EY is big on flexibility and I've always had teams that have lived by that. If you are willing to give, they are willing to give back. So just make sure you set boundaries and communicate and then it is totally possible.

  • its hard but you can. Takes some effort to get used to the environment and balance your lifestyle out

  • Depends on you position. Audit in Tulsa, OK, I would say no.

    That is going to depend on your team and what they are comfortable with. I've been on several teams that are okay with it, and others that are not. Definitely not the thing to do as an intern or staff 1 and never do it in front of a client.

  • No, but should be.

  • In my group, we feel comfortable doing it. If it's a problem for someone, it would be addressed.

  • For the advisory programs, the interview consists of 3 parts (2 behavioral, 1 case study). For on campus hires, the process may be different.

  • For non-client serving employees you apply online, come in for an interview with the manager, get told if you are hired or not after a few days.
