Im not so sure, leadership is understanding the team correctly, and making decisions without bringing in or asking the ones in question about changes happening.

I am doing so much extra work, getting no compensation or promotions because of it. I know there are talks in the background about myself being an example, but it is just talk, and nothing is happening.
