The most positive thing about our culture is the inclusivity. No one is an outcast at Fetch - everyone is seen and heard, regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, etc. Everyone is important.

We are a family. Everyone loves everyone, and most members on the team jump at the chance to help other succeed. We are held to high standards and the majority of the team meets those standards.

The best thing about my team is our family-like atmosphere. The culture on my team is second to none - we all care deeply about each other, when someone weeps, we all weep. When someone celebrates, we all celebrate. This makes coming to work that much better.

What I like best about the leadership team is their people focused perspective. Whether it's the users or their employees, our leadership is focused on everyone but themselves. They genuinely care about our users and the people working for Fetch. I feel like a person here, not just another employee.

The best part about my compensation package is the intention with which it was chosen. My salary was selected based on market statistics, and our health insurance was chosen by the employees, not leadership. Leadership goes out of their way to make sure compensation is fair and what WE want.
