
I really enjoy working with our team. My manager is good about giving me space to grow and develop. I am hopeful that the company is working to engage and develop employees. I would like to see more efficient ways to deliver communication, meetings, projects.
My experience has been positive, while I do wish I was challenged more. I also feel like we have too many meetings and do not get enough done efficiently.
