It's not that we don't work together well. It's that I feel excluded from after work events.

How the people in my department are always ready & available to answer questions as they come up.

When I get plenty of tasks completed or when I can help a coworker understand a concept better.

When I get tasks done, put up good productivity numbers, and when I help others understand concepts and ideas.

The way that everyone is working on the same team to complete deals and other processes essential to the bank.

That they take time to have conversations with their fellow employees. They don't act like their above doing any task or interacting with anyone.

What is most positive about the cultur and environment is that my managers for our department care about career development for everyone in our department.

Being more inclusive of everyone in the department when making plans and building each other up rather than talking poorly about them behind their backs.

When I'm able to get a good portion of things done throughout the day or when I am able to help others get things done.

Their willingness to take the time and make sure I understand big concept ideas instead of just putting in things that I am told to do.

Their willingness to take the time to explain something to me time & time again so that I understand exactly how I should do a task.

I feel undervalued because I have several certifications & useful skills from this job and past jobs that are not fully utilized in my current position nor am I compensated for them accordingly.

Well I don't know if they notice it or not but my coworkers tend to forms cliques with each other and exclude people that they don't really agree with or that they think they have nothing in common with.

They need to work on being more inclusive in their interactions of all people in our department, not just the people they feel closest to. They tend to exclude a handful of my fellow coworkers, including myself, almost every time there is a team function.

My coworkers need to work on not talking about each other behind each others back. It upsets me just how almost everyone in my department besides my managers act friendly when you talk to them in person or ask a question but talk crap about you behind your back.
