
Expectations are set way to high. Staffing is a big issue along with some other things. Not being able to call off when sick and not being able to make appointments during the week because there is not enough staff to cover you is a horrible feeling. Not being able to use sick time or PTO isn't ok.

I feel undervalued because the pressure and expectations being a CRR and a UBB banking center are just unrealistic. What would make me feel better is allow us to have more team members at our banking centers so we can properly help our clients and give them our full attention.
The pressure and expectations being a CRR and a UBB banking center are just unrealistic for our banking center. Trying to hit goals and being able to help our clients prosper while being a UBB bank with only 4 people plus a BCM, its just way to stressful for us CRR's. Allow more staff at UBB banks.
