We have each other's back and are a work family.
Our company is very open minded and inclusive to everyone.
What I like best about the leadership team is my branch manager.
The company is very inclusive and inviting for everyone, regardless of race, gender, identity, etc.
I love my job and what I do. I like working with my customers and coworkers.
The leadership team listens to concerns and takes them into consideration. They act on them when they can.
We work cohesively together to meet the needs of our customers and the goals set for us. We are a family.
My team works very well together. We help each other out and support each other. We're one big happy family :)
I would say the inclusivity of everyone. We are a very diverse company and work hard to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome.
My co-workers and my customers make me the most happy. Knowing I am helping my customers with their financial needs makes my day.
When I make a customer happy by helping them, either by saving money by refinancing a loan or by fixing a banking issue they may be having.
What I like best about the leadership team is how quickly they respond to questions, concerns, and help find solutions to issues either customers or employees are having.
Our team works well together and we get a lot of compliments from our customers. We support each other and help everyone reach goals for themselves and the company.
Our team works as a well oiled machine. We are there for each other helping when needed. We make sure to have a good time at work while keeping it professional to keep the stress levels down.
What do I like best about the leadership team? My direct manager is whom I like best. She cares about all her employees and customers. I do NOT get that same feeling from any of the other upper management or executives.
I feel undervalued by upper management because they have made it very clear to me, and others, that they care more about their numbers and the company's reputation, than making sure they back their employees when a customer complains when the policies/procedures are followed.
The best thing about my team is how well we work together. We have become a family. We help each other grow and become stronger and better at our jobs. We support each other when we need help and encourage each other often.
I feel like there was a good movement to increase the base pay for most branch level positions. However, for those of us who have been here longer, making a bit more than that, our income was not increased, leaving us making a bit more than those who haven't been here as long.
I've answered this question numerous times. Nothing I say is going to change the way branch employees are paid compared to how employees in "back offices" are paid. If it wasn't for us, the bank wouldn't be where it is and we are paid the worst. That is why I feel undervalued/undercompensated.
I have compared my pay with what other banks pay people in the same type of position I am in and I do not make as much as they do. I have also come to realize that new people that are hired in are being hired in at almost the same pay as I am and I've been here over 10 years.
I feel I am taken for granted. I am expected to do more than just "my job" and no be compensated for it. If I don't overperform or do more than expected, I am not treated the same and made to feel like I am failing. I do not like being taken advantage of and when I set boundaries get push back.
