The demands of work increased, and it takes up more of my personal time with family. My cell phone rings day and night, emails are expected to be answered on weekends from peers and management. It's unacceptable. Work should have clearly defined office hours.

The environment we currently work in is not pleasant - office setup is unmanageable, loud, distracting. Cannot personalize my "office space." It feels like a prison with white noise. I can't have a social conversation and the lack of interaction between teammates is sterilizing the office.

I do not believe this is a result of poor performance by coworkers but more of the early retirement incentive placing more work on my colleagues. Our client service is impacted by the increased workload and demands placed on us. Coworkers are slow to respond to client needs or missing emails.

Due to the Early Retirement Incentive, I now work more hours, attend more Committee meetings, and have more relationships to administer. I have not seen a pay increase due to the increased work. Also, I do not feel connected to leadership. I feel like I am a number with a work efficiency ratio.
