We work well together. Pleasant people.
Helping my client's get the service they need
Upfront and direct with employees
Care about our client's needs
I enjoy working with others to exceed our clients expectations.
Our annual pay increases do not reflect cost of living increases.
The annual increase is never close to the cost of living increase
The people I work with view the world in a similar way as me
Our Team is willing to work together. Everyone has a great attitude and wants to further our clients needs.
Every person treated with respect. Good people as coworkers. Love having windows to look out and for natural sunlight.
Being able to do my work without being micromanaged and knowing I am able to request help when needed.
I enjoy working with women who are confident in their abilities and knowledge and who work to uplift other women.
Our Team functions well as a unit. We are able to jump in and help when needed and also know someone will help us when needed.
The annual merit increases do not reflect the individual employees. Feels like managers are given a set amount to disburse to employees; therefore, limiting how much is given to each.
The people I work with directly are invested in helping me become better at my job. I value people who want to make me a better FMB employee. I appreciate the knowledge my coworkers are willing to bestow to me.
It seems any profits go to the upper echelon. Hourly people have to fight to get more than a 1.5 - 2%. Why should we be happy to receive a 3% increase after we've had to fight for it? Why should we have to accept there is only so big of a bucket that has to be spread out.
