First Merchants knocks it out of the park with employee planning for growth and development as well as understanding the pace of employees entering this workspace.

I believe we are entering great growth with the company and the success is brought on by so many great employees, managers, and executives. We are valued adequately but I am sure pushing closer to the market averages for some positions could improve morale across the board.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Paying at the median range of the position I am hired for as stated by our recent comp ratios, allowing work from home for some of the salary employees. I believe the company values the work we do, however as the new compensation system was created, we were stated at near minimum.
