I get along with most of my team very well, there are a few that I do not get along with personally, however that is to be expected because you can't always like everyone.

I enjoy the environment of my branch. I enjoy it more so when my manager is out of office, because when he is here there are many issues with communication. My assistant manager is the best!

My team is amazing. They are all knowledgeable in everything we do day to day, and they do not hesitate to help in any way they can, or find out the answer if they don't know it. Considering they all have more experience than I do, it is very helpful.

The fact that everyone I am around likes working for First Merchants. A career where the rest of the team is miserable makes for a miserable work environment, but that is not how it is here. I enjoy coming to work, and I enjoy the people I work with.
