Entry level credit is not the place to be. Things snowball and roll downhill to you and then it's your job to pick up the pieces. There's little to no respect and very limited accountability.

Sales needs to respect credit and not trample over them at every opportunity. Credit gets no respect. Sales gives us incomplete or nonexistent information coupled with borderline impossible deadlines, and we're left to figure it out so they can get their commission.

The relationship between sales (RMs) and credit is, frankly, pretty bad. RMs are often pushy and have unrealistic expectations (and especially unrealistic deadlines). They figured out if they say something is a rush that we'll do our best to prioritize it. So, now, everything is a "rush."
