FMB is a great company to work for. I believe there have been great strides this year to improve the culture & environment. I do think pay & benefits needs to be reevaluated especially with the state of the economy we are currently living in.

The flexibility in my schedule. Being able to work remote several days a week or on an as needed basis. I also enjoy the employee resource groups and the opportunities to network with others in various areas of the company.

I have expressed my desire to grow my career and there has been no initiative from management to help me reach goals. Also, as a recent college graduate in a Senior position I am making entry level pay compared to other companies with my education and experience.

What makes me most happy at work is being good at my job. I enjoy being a team player and helping others. I feel that the work I do is contributing to the company. I think there are some really great people that work for FMB and have a passion to help the company succeed.
