Now that I'm no longer in a banking center, I LOVE what I do. Banking centers needs serious help and training. The training for them is terrible and it causes people to leave or be let go. Now that I'm behind the scenes, I see the direction the company is going. I would love to continue to stay.
Good at listening but they don't hear what we are saying
My immediate boss, Shadana Poole and Nathan Coe. They are both amazing people.
We genuinely care for each other and each other's wellbeing. We support each other in every way.
They are honest and stand their ground. If they see something that isn't right, they will say something about it.
I'm never without something to do. My boss listens and guides me. I am able to suggest changes and have them heard.
Having managers that actually help me succeed rather than one I had previously who did everything to make me feel awful about myself and my job.
There are many rate increases for people across the board. I feel that those of us who are in the middle seem to get nothing for an increase. I've been with the company 14 years and others who are just hiring in are paid almost as much as I am. I have excellent reviews but keep getting overlooked
I am greatly undervalued by my company. Some of us are paid the same or barely higher than a CSR/SA that walks in off the street for a teller position, yet we are responsible for even more than a BCM. An honest pay increase worthy of the work we do, needs to be implemented. Pay us for ALL we do.
