Overall it has been good; however, I wish there was a better work/life balance. I feel guilty with having to take time or work around my family needs.

I love my job, but with the rise in daily living costs, I don't believe I am paid fairly for what I do. I am consistently looking for ways to make processes more efficient. I would like an increase in pay to reflect my work and living costs.

The annual merit raise is not very good. It was very low for the amount of work and effort I have given over the year in review. Annual salary is not comparable to other jobs posted that are similar to what I do at First Merchants Bank. An increase for a livable wage in 2024 and more vacation.
