Easily the most unprofessional company I've worked for. I know this is retail banking, but that doesn't mean that company and management should act like this is mcdonalds. We're handling money for customers, this directly correlates to how they live their lives. This bank needs to act accordingly.

The bank changes policies and rates too frequently, it is very confusing to customers. I've watched this bank go through 3 different mobile apps in the 4 months that I've been here.
