I will get straight to the point. This is the second job I worked where I did not hate going to my career. The first where I feel like I can grow.

As a reserve I love the team orient atmosphere that each branch provides. Each team may have different approaches to goals, but we all are quick to help each other and that is my favorite part about my team!

The time off and making sure missed days are covered both financially and reserve team wise. The 401K program has also brought me ease for my future. I thankfully have not experienced medical expenses to give an opinion about our insurance other then it helps he take care of my body and teeth!

I believe the programs we do and offer are wonderful and very open to the idea that we are here for everyone. It would be better to have an idea who everyone is from a personal standpoint rather then just a directory. It is as optimizable as it can be from my perspective. Nice work.
