For the most part this company is good to work for, however I feel there is a large breakdown in what is needed to accomplish the goals of the branches from the RM down. I feel like the company doesn't value or understand the need of its employees in the frontlines on a day to day basis.

Communication, division of work load per person, flexibility in all aspects of the branches(overtime, deadlines, staffing)

I believe that FMB expects each employee to take on too much responsibility and not pay them for the tasks required.

Most of the team is fully invested in the best interest of the customers and helping each other be successful. We look out for each other and pick up the slack anywhere that is needed.

I feel that each role, not just mine, are expected to do so many tasks and wear so many hats that we are not running efficiently. We are not compensated for the amount of work that we are required to do. We are understaffed due to the reduction in FTE

Having a manager who supports and encourages our staff, as well as filling in the gaps where needed. If a SA is out sick for the BCM to step into that role for the day because CRRs and CRBs have goals to hit so the branch hits their goals. More staffing. Reassignment of tasks within job roles.
