Quality issues arw exhausting. Our jobs are demanding enough without having to take on fixing poor oversight of our suppliers. I can only assume the people providing oversight are also over extended.
Doing what they say would do. Be honest with us and tell us the real rewaons we don't get merit increases after a record year. Explain why Mr. Culp takes millions in a bonus while People like me have seen 3% since 2018. Just DO BETTER
