Last 5 years no growth for existing employees or no market correction. But management taken new employees with same skill set and experience with double the package of Existing one. Political aspect: org change happens managers has growth-> mail came to all employee don't have hikes.

Even there is no support from managers. We stand together to continue the work and releases on covid time. When there business facing hard times we motivate together giving hope. But no motivation or resolving concerns from manager in HTC. Employees leaves company because of poor management.

Harassment for the work done that is bread and butter for business. Manager thinks it like a Scrap.No value given to existing employees Work. Concerns are not taken. Manager is doing Time passing. Leadership taken critical work that has more customer base. but my manager says scrap.
