Very clear focus on safety, compliance, quality and cost. Customer feedback is taken positively. Free and open environment to express individual views.

Stop theatre tactics. Loudest voice is not always correct. Break down silos and make all teams accountable for customer outcomes. Provide necessary human resource where needed especially in customer and market facing roles.

They exhibit GE Leadership values & put highest focus on safety. LT tries to balance the external context with employee needs. I&D is high on agenda and needs careful execution to being real life success

There is culture of working in silos and too much focus on people at HQ. Regions and functions outside HQ are valued less. The pending salary rise in 2021 should be cleared considering high inflation in many countries.

There seems to a pay disparity across GE businesses for same band. This needs to be addressed. Also my part of the business sits on far side and is not given due credit to bring value to the company.
