Team members occasionally are allowed time to bond.
It seemed relaxed and it was nice to have a tour
Almost all of the team members get along very well. The rift is between us and management. I'm sure there is a rift between management and campus as well.
Supporting team members instead of using tough love or being punitive for little things without allowing for feedback for team leaders. Being accountable for when they make mistakes and not blaming team members for all problems the store has.
Management is hard on team members for the little amount we are paid. We sometimes are singled out, and their interpretations of what is happening aren't always accurate. We have been stared at, clapped at, and insulted for talking with other coworkers, no matter what we were talking about.
The pay is not competitive & many people leave because it is not a living wage and we are expected to do far more than it's worth. If we start a few minutes early or work a few minutes late we're not paid for that work, only the exact scheduled hours we're clocked in. They value numbers, not people.
