Your management likes to talk down to their employees, they make us feel useless. Know wonder why they can't keep employee. I'm full-time logistics and been their for three weeks and regretting it.

My pay is ok, but remember it's the employees that makes the company run. We all should get some kind of profit sharing just not the manager.

Well first thing is to improve your job application online. Your company should have paper job applications cuz there are people that don't own a computer and they feel discriminated against

It starts with the district manager he is very rude and talks down to the employees the store manager isn't much better. The assistant manager at least he positive and tries to help the new employee.
