Our leadership team all works together, communicates well with everyone and gives everyone feedback daily from sales to own personal interactions.

As the senior associate I feel a raise was called for. Based on my numbers alone with itc and spiff commissions it is obvious I do my job well.

A couple are good workers but most are lazy and make it obvious they do not care about their job.

Maybe add one more cashier/sales associate to the floor during the busy rush hours that we have to accommodate the guests.
