It was quick and to the point because they were just opening a store and needed plenty of help.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A couple are good workers but most are lazy and make it obvious they do not care about their job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As the senior associate I feel a raise was called for. Based on my numbers alone with itc and spiff commissions it is obvious I do my job well.
