What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being fair to thier associates, not demeaning them to their face. Better time management and proper safety rule following. Understanding their employees feelings matter and affect how they work. Not bullying people into submission with threats of getting them fired if they have a thought process.

When the proper managers are on the clock stuff gets done efficiently, and they bring the team together and we work towards a common goal. When we wkrm towards a common goal we can finish the 2 day truck process on day one.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the co-workers at my store are friendly people and add to the environment of a good work place when they are around. But only certain co-workers provide that.
