The door is always open for communication on anything you need to talk about concerning your job duties, customer relations, hours, etc... just come in prepared to work doing anything from POS (register) to Logistics (maintain stock) to janitorial duties. It's as good as YOU make it

Leadership at my store is decent. We have our issues but overall we manage. On a corporate level I feel less confident; they seems more interested in our profit than how to improve store operations which could ultimately save them money in payroll and give employees meaningful jobs.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are available for anyone who works for HFT, part-time or full-time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We should be paid 10 hours of work according to our schedule instead of only 8 hrs. This is very unfair to have to use PTO time. Also, they force you to take days off around the only two Holidays without pay. If they are only going to give employees 2 holidays a year then they should pay us.

What makes you most happy at work?
I loved working for Harbor Freight, but am no longer work there. However, I will not miss being exposed to Covid by someone who doesn't take it seriously, having my ADA rights trampled daily or working with a hostile, disrespectful workplace bully.
